Chef Jeff's Gourmet Meals

.Chef Jeff Regas - My passion for cooking started out as a necessity. When in the sixth grade I began cooking the family’s meals as my mother was working long hours. I discovered that nothing made me happier than feeding people and I still enjoy cooking as much as I did back then. Shortly after high school I trained at the Le Cordon Bleu in Paris, France. Many people ask why it is that I came back to Oklahoma City and I always answer "it is to bring back my worldly cuisine to the Heart of America." 

I have been a Chef for several years.  I have traveled all across the U.S. preparing meals for big names such as Tim McGraw, Aerosmith, Creed, the WWE, Martina McBride, and ZZ Top.

I will Strive to serve take-and-bake frozen entees and sides but you can expect some great new additions. Not only am I going to be adding my own personal recipies but I am going to add meals ready to take home and eat. I am excited to share my culinary art with you by offering things such as cooking classes and catering for special events for your home or office.
